I’ve spent much of my career working across countries, cultures, and organisations, and I’ve always enjoyed bringing the right people together and helping collaborations work in a practical, human way. RCS is a natural extension of that mindset.

With a background in international relations, business development, and strategy, Ranil has worked with Sri Lankan, European, and American companies across multiple industries and has also built and managed companies.
Living in these regions showed him the challenges on both sides: European companies struggle to find tech talent in a highly competitive market, while skilled professionals overseas seek meaningful work without relocating. RCS emerged from that gap – and from a belief that there is a better, more balanced way to work across borders.
Today, based in Vienna, Ranil focuses on building RCS as a versatile and top-quality tech delivery partner for companies in Europe, training and developing teams while partnering with the best talent Sri Lanka has to offer.
